COURSE INFORMATION: This course is being taught by NCAA Division I Baseball Umpire Joe Harris.The primary sports focus during this course are football, basketball and baseball. Upon successful conclusion of the course, participants will be provided certification and registration information for local amateur associations in Texas and the Houston area.
