You will receive a pre paid return shipping label within 48 hours. Once items are received you will be credited back amount within 2-3 business days.
*All embroidered & custom items not eligible for returns
*Exchanges - return shipping to us and new shipping cost to you,  no additional fee
*Returns - return shipping to us at no cost, full re-imbursement of item(s) minus original shipping fee. (If FREE Shipping was selected, original shipping reimbursement will be based on weight)

 

 

How can I track my order? Once you order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you along with a link where you can track the status of your order.

 

Can I pick up my order at one of the warehouses?  In certain situations yes. Please email us at info@officialsdepot.com to schedule a pick up time. 

 

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?  If items have not been shipped. Yes! 

 

Do you ship out of the country?  Yes. Worldwide.

 

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?  Yes

 

Do you ship COD? No

 

Do you offer free shipping?  Yes. We offer free shipping for all orders over $99

 

What shipping method do you use?  We ship via UPS & USPS.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  96% of our orders are delivered within 2-3 business days.  We are able to offer lightning fast shipping because our distribution center is strategically located in the US ensuring that most addresses have 2-3 day ship times.  Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays, or most major holidays. Embroidery & Screen Printing take additional processing days

 

What if I provided an incorrect shipping address?  If your order was undeliverable and returned to our warehouse, please refer to the returns section of our website.

 

Do you have a minimum order?  No.

 

Will I be charged sales tax?  Our company is based in the state of Texas, so sales tax will be charged if you live in Texas.

Do you sell to individuals or just businesses?  Yes we sell to individuals as well as businesses.

 

Is an account required to purchase?  No account is required to purchase. But if you do, you can earn Plate Points. Our system wide rewards program.

 

If a product is out of stock, how long until it is back in stock?  Our website inventory is updated daily so please keep checking back to see when products are back in stock.

 

If I have a business resale license can I get a discount?  No we offer discounts based on the quantity of your order. 

 

What payment options do you offer?  Our payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

 

Do you accept School or Government Purchase Orders?  Not at this time.

 

 

Do you offer screenprinting or embroidery services?  Yes

 

What are your hours of operation? Our office hours are Mon-Fri 9-5 CST.  However you can place an order on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If you email us after hours, a representative will be back in touch the next business day.
