February Updates 2/17/21
We hope everyone across the country is staying safe and warm with the massive winter storm that just swept through.
We are getting by in Houston. Rolling blackouts are the daily occurrence for the past several days and now most of Houston is under a water boil notice.
All United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and Federal Express (Fedex) locations in the greater Houston area have been closed since 2/13. What does this mean for you and your order?
*All regular (non-custom / embroidery orders placed from Friday 2/12 to 2/17 are packaged and ready to be dropped off as soon as our shipping locations re-open. Many of you received an email with a tracking number and this number is still valid.
*We will continue to accept orders via our website and package them on a daily basis. You will receive a shipping confirmation, but given our circumstances, it may be delayed.
*Custom items/ Embroidery- Orders received prior to 2/12 were sent to embroidery, but due to power outages, they have been unable to complete items for the past few days.
Custom order numbers #3668 through #3678 are ready, pending the re-opening of shipping facilities in the greater Houston area.
If you placed an order for embroidered items on or after 2/12 your items have not been sent to embroidery yet. What does this mean? Your items will be dropped off as soon as embroidery re-opens. It will take a minimum of 10 business days once they have been dropped off to produce your item(s). This is because power outages have led to a backlog of orders.
Please email us with questions or concerns at info@officialsdepot.com . Our telephone lines are down. We will respond via email in the order they are received as data/internet connectivity allows.
Sincerely,
Michael Dorantes
