Officials Depot LLC is a specialty retailer providing high-quality apparel and gear for sports officials, including umpires, referees, and other game officials. We focus on reliable products, fast service, and building long-term relationships with officials, assignors, and leagues.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Officials Depot LLC is seeking motivated Independent Sales Representatives to promote and sell our products to:

Individual officials (umpires, referees, etc.)

Assignors and officiating chapters/associations
-
Leagues, schools, and sports organizations
This is a commission-only role ideal for someone who is connected in the officiating community and enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and growing sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote Officials Depot products to potential customers in your territory or network.

Generate new business with officials, schools, leagues, and associations.

Maintain regular communication with existing customers to encourage repeat orders.

Share product information, pricing, and promotions accurately.

Submit orders according to Officials Depot LLC procedures (online codes, order forms, or direct contact, as instructed).

Represent Officials Depot LLC professionally at all times, both online and in person.
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience as a sports official (preferred but not required).

Strong communication and people skills.
-
Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.

Comfortable working on commission only.

Basic familiarity with online ordering and social media is a plus.
COMPENSATION & COMMISSION STRUCTURE
This is a commission-only independent contractor position.
Commission Rate:
-
20% commission on qualifying net sales of Officials Depot products that you generate.
Definition of Qualifying Sales:
-
Sales must be placed through approved channels (e.g., your assigned rep code, link, or documented order process).

Net sales = product price excluding taxes, shipping, discounts beyond approved promotions, and returns.

Returned or refunded items are not commission-eligible (any previously paid commission on returned items may be deducted from future payouts).
Commission Payout Schedule:

Commissions are calculated monthly based on all qualifying sales from the 1st through the last day of the month.

Commission is paid out at the end of the following month (e.g., sales in March are paid at the end of April), or as otherwise specified by Officials Depot LLC.

Payment method (e.g., check, direct deposit, PayPal, etc.) will be confirmed at the time of onboarding.
Example:
If you generate $2,000 in qualifying net sales in a month:

20% of $2,000 = $400 commission (paid at the end of the following month).
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

Sales Representatives are independent contractors, not employees of Officials Depot LLC.

You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and compliance with any local laws or regulations related to independent contract work.
