In the Message Box. Please specify the following;
1- Order Number
2- Refund or Exchange

Returns/ Exchanges are FREE** via the prepaid shipping label that will be sent to the email provided.

Specify which product(s) you would like to exchange for.

Notes:
Refunds are posted to original method of payment within 5-7 business once product(s) arrived back to warehouse.
Shipping labels are emailed withing 24-48 hours to email address provided by customer.
Clearance/ Outlet, Embroidered , custom and worn items are not eligible for returns & exchanges.
Original shipping charges are never refunded (unless original order is incorrect on our end)

Orders that qualified for free shipping , shipping charges will be deducted upon return.
