  1. All the Right Moves (1983)

One of Tom Cruise’s earliest movies, All the Right Moves tells the story of a young man living in an old steel town who doesn’t want to go to work in the mill. The Coach himself, Craig T. Nelson, plays the coach who helps Cruise’s character earn a scholarship.
